What Causes Leg Pain And Increasing Platelet Count?

I am a 60 years old lady, days ago I had score pain in my below leg, I did pbood test and my platelet counts was 800.000, 2 daqys later i did another blood test and my plarelet counts became 1,200000! what could be my diagnosis while i am still having the same pain> thank you
