What Causes Leg Pain And Shortness Of Breath Post Placement Of Stents?
My sister recently had a couple of stents inserted post angiogram. First two weeks post op no leg pain no shortness of breath. Now six weeks later leg pain returned, shortness of breath and extremely tired?? Her doctor stated she just needed to let her body recondition. Strange choice of words, could something else be going on?

I would advise to check her hemoglobin to look for anemia and an echo of heart to look for cardiomyopathy as these are most common causes of tiredness and shortness of breath.
