What Causes Leg Pain And Swelling In The Right Foot While Treating Hypothyroidism?

my legs ache like growing pains as a kid my feet hurt all the time my rt footis always swollen i cant ware shoes without pain my second toe is allways swollen an hut an my big toenails hurt with just a touch ihave had back surgry over 10 yrs ago an i have hypothyroid any suggestions as to what this could be i am on pain meds 24 hrs a day an it dulls the pain but nothing stops it
