What Causes Leg Pain And Weakness?

I am 37, and am having problems with cramps in leg. Also feel weak, with a buzzing in my body. I feel as if my body is requiring more energy than I have. I also have sleep disturbances, perpetual nightmares for most of the night. And my muscles feel very weak
