What Causes Leg Pain With Groin Lump Pain?

leg pain in my leg runing the length of my leg from my groin . I have a lare lump near a vein in my groin and anothter large lump that has been there for several years . after playing a dancing game with family last night it hurt all night and when i sit it hurts in my upper leg and is uncomfortable . i sure its not nevve pain ive had that before . im concerned whether it is thrombosis or not .
