What Causes Leg Pain?

2days ago I was vaccuming got a pain in my leg looked and there was a knot then it brused. Today I was sitting in a car got another one on the same leg above the knee. This one is bigger and hurts to walk. I am a 45 year old lady. Good healthsmoker, 5'3 200lb
