What Causes Leg Tremors And Tingling Sensation In Hands?

My legs feel like they are vibrating. It almost feels like the bones are vibrating and my hands get tingling feeling. This happens mainly at night and it is causing severe interuption in my sleep. I have RLS but this seems different. When i was diagnosed with RLS i couldnt feel it, i just knew i wasnt sleeping right. What could this be
