What Causes Legs And Back Pain, Slipped Disc And A Foot Spot?

Having pain in both legs for the past 3 yrs but now has gotten worse, its hurt from waste down (lying down), also middle of back and legs hurt to the point its unbearable to walk. I was refer to a Chiroparactic who preform xrays and determine one of my dis is out of place but now I have notice a spot the size of a dime is on my foot (1 foot), could this be any relation to the pain I am having in feet?
