What Causes Legs Blood Clotting, Headaches, Arms Lameness Sensation And Nausea?

I have noticed that I get red imprints on my legs when sitting on the couch. It looks as if the blood has moved to the surface of the skin and stays there for quite a while. I have also been getting headaches with a feeling of lameness in both arms, and a feeling of light-headedness. Sometimes its combined with nusea. But for some reason, the feeling only starts from around 12pm - everyday, for about the last three weeks (some days whose than others). I am a 44 year old female.
