What Causes Legs, Hips And Shoulders Muscle Pains And Aches With Tinnitus?

Muscle aches /pain in the legs, hips , shoulders, and have had ringing in the ears for quite awhile now but the aches/ pain started around end of March...got an appt with a rheumetoid Dr. in June just wondered if there could be any connection with the 2 diff symptoms?
