What Causes Legs To Feel Exhausted?

im a 30 year old male , always been active scaffolding but lately my legs fell exhausted to the point i cant be bothered to do anything , ive had my blood tested and its come back with a slightly above average cholesteral , i just want my legs and motivation back, whats wrong with me.
