What Causes Lesions With Burning Sensation On Inner Labia?

I have two lesions on either side of my iner labia. I think it s due to dry sex and it has friction that s caused like a friction burn or tear would you be able to tell by a photo I don t think it s an std as I have a partner. It burns when I urinate and is causing discomfort I have a photo

Hi,
It seems that due to rough and dry sex there might behaving irritation and soreness producing some vaginal infection giving rise this problem.
Clean local part and apply antibiotic cream.
Avoid sex for few days.
If there is no improvement then you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
During sex use some lubricant for easy penetration.
Ok and take care.
