What Causes Less Flow During Periods, Stomach Pain And Loose Motion?

hi, im 25yrs old. I get only 2 days flow during menses and its regular but i have heavy pain in my stomach and i do have loose motion problems during my mense and also acne problem during dis time so i want a proper flow frm my body which is nt getting out, my height is 5.5 inches and weight is 70 kg , suggest me wat to do
