What Causes Less Muscle Tone All Over The Body?

I had a hysterectomy in 2008 at age 47. My ovaries were removed. I am now reading many things that are making me afraid it was the wrong decision. I had breast cancer in 2007 and Leiomyosarcoma uterine cancer at the time of the hysterectomy. I feel I have less muscle tone all over and other muscle problems. I am taking calcium twice daily. I am just afraid I made the wrong choice looking at information on the web.
