What Causes Lesser Movement In Right Side Of Face Than The Left?

hey how are you i've only just recently noticed that when i smile my left side rises higher than the right and i can only wink with my left, it seems the right side of my face has less movement then my left, i'm 19 i don't know if i could have had a minor stroke or if its just in my genes, my mother can also only wink with one eye, also i asked my friends if they could tell if there was anything wrong with my face, and they said my eye droops slightly when i drink alcohol.
