What Causes Let Down Sensation In The Breasts Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hai, This is meghana , I got periods this months on tyhe date of 5th, after that i had seveire pain due to have a small 3mm stone in right kidney it seems after scanned...so ,before scanned, doctor suggest for pregenency test, so we went to lab on the date of 10th for having the test, In that report result was negative... the problem is today i have a sensation of milk , Is there anything that belongs to pregnent or any reason, Can u pls help me and explain this

can repeat the pregnancy test. can get blood test for pregnancy in laboratory. if it is negative then pregnancy is ruled out.
