Hey, so, my father is 52, and the past week, he has been real lethargic, very off balance, he falls asleep while in conversation, and he seems to be very confused. He also has been slurring his words together and I think he is dehydrated. What is going on and should I take him to the emergency room? We took him a few days back, and they sent us home, saying his magnisium level was low...
