What Causes Lethargy,bloating Of Stomach And Irresistible Urge To Urinate?
Hello! My stomach swells up to look like I m pregnant and I have many other stomach issues. When I have to use the bathroom, I have to go no time to wait. Some the other symptoms are lethargic, gassy, bloating, and I m sure there are others I just can think right this minute.

Certain conditions are there and these could be responsible for the symptoms you have like, urinary tract infection, dyspepsia, hyperacidity, these can be simultaneously manage with the medicine given below
1) Disodium hydrogen citrate liquid 20 mg three times in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
