What Causes Lethargy,joint Pains And Loss Of Appetite?

Hey my name is Sarah and I'm 17 years old. I have been getting these weird symptoms a lot lately and I talked to my mom about them and she was going to make me a doctors appointment but of course I didn't want to go in and get test then find out there is nothing wrong with me so I thought I would ask a doctor online instead before getting tested for anything.
Symptoms: dizziness, random tiredness (which is all the time anymore) tingling in hands, paleness, feverish, clammy, chest pain (had open heart surgery when I was a baby and I still have mesh and that is probably why my chest gets sharp pains) hard time breathing, rapid heart beat, head aches for a whole week going on two, sore joints/bones, sharp pains in back, back of legs behind the knee, sharp random pains in arms, weirdly it feels as if a vein is being pinched, blurry vision, feeling like passing out, loss of apatite/fullness, and feels as if my lungs are full of dust..
Non of it feels right plus I am 17 years of age and I don't know how I could be feeling like this. I never go out side unless I'm heading to work or taking out the trash. Stupid of me to do I know. But I am also a writer and I am on the computer constantly. But I'm not sure what is making me sick unless it's one of the two. Other than all of this that is about it.
