What Causes Light And Prolonged Bleeding After An Abortion?

Hi, i had an abortion done a week before mothers day 2010. since then, i had a light period about 2 weeks ago, and now i am bleeding again. me and my boyfriend were pretty upset about the whole thing and we tried for another baby. could i be pregnant? or is this normal after the procedure?
