What Causes Light Bleeding And Clot Discharge During Menstruation?

I was due may 28th. That didn't happen. 1 week later I started extremely light pink colored light flow bleeding for 8 days now. On the 4th day of pink bleeding I had 1 single tiny dime size clot come out. I've still had no normal monthly flow show up. My last first day of cycle was April 28th. For the last 2 months I've been regular and on time since dr discovered a 2cm cyst on my ovary causing irregular flows. She scraped me and I had normal flows. I made an appointment to get rechecked for the cyst but can't get me in until July 16th. I met my boyfriend end of April and we've honestly been making whoopie unprotected for the whole month of may and literally everyday and sometimes twice. He's not rough and he doesn't make me bleed during or after.
My uterus also has been spasming and I have to pee alot and frequently. Tests also show negative for uti and 2 home morning tests say negative for pregnancy.

I felt pregnant until I passed the clot last Friday then my boobs stopped hurting and feeling full, but my back still hurts like pms but still no normal flow.

I've also got hpv and hsv 2 and yes my partner knows and excepts me for it. He's a good understanding man.

We're not trying to get pregnant, but at our age 31, we decided to leave it in God's hands if we get pregnant or not.

Just until my appointment in july, I don't know what's going on with me and I'm super emotional with all prego symptoms except the heavy full boobs went away.
