What Causes Light Bleeding And Cramping After Periods?

hello, i have already gotten my period this month around oct 2 and it was normal and now i am bleeding again, not very much tho but it is was brown at the beginning and then it went red but is sometimes is still brown and i have bad cramps as well..just wondering what is going on?? as well i had my second baby almost six months ago if that has anything to do with it thanks
