What Causes Light Bleeding And Cramping?

My period started November 21 ended 24, had sex on the 24 and four days later i had light brown bleeding then turned pinkish 1 day later about 2 days days after it got heavy with cramping. 1 week and 3 days later it was light again overall i been bleeding for 15days now it s coming down light but it s dark red. Want to know what s happening? I also been having hot flashes, nausea and now light cramping that comes here & there. No back pain. Should i worry?

This bleeding may be due to pelvic inflamatory process or maybe due tohormonal changes. Some times defficient vitamines and micro nutrients also may cause such bleeding.At least you should consult your gynae for sure and get treated with proper evaluation. In rare case endometrial cansers also represent as painless bleeding.
