What Causes Light Bleeding Despite Previous Pregnancy Symptoms?

hi i am a 25 y old married female..i have serious query.. i had my periods last month on 21st .. me and mine husband planned for a baby so i was waiting for my period to skip so that i can do the test for pregnancy because i showed some symptoms of pregnancy like nipples were too tender to touch,bachpain,diziness,vomiting...
but suddenly on the same the date of this month i started to bleed .only while urinating but its almost 7 days i am still bleeding but its lighter than the normal.. is that a period or miscarriage ...if its period then is there any problem with me or mine husband..or shall i wait
