What Causes Light Bleeding Intermittently While On Aviane?

I missed one active aviane birth control pill on week two so i took 2 the next day then one a day after, im having light bleeding on and off for 3 days now and its unusual for me so im worried i could be pregnant or something else since i had intercourse 4 nights ago.should i keep taking the pills or stop?
