What Causes Light Brown Bruises On Thigh Post Delivery?

I had a baby 6 months ago. After baby was born, I noticed some bruises on my upper thigh and assumed it had something to do with labor and delivery. Fast forward to today, and the bruises are still there. I can t remember them ever going away and coming back, but some days it seems I have more than I do on others days. There are about 10 small, light brown bruises that don t really hurt to the touch at all. What gives?
