What Causes Light Brown Secretions From Vagina?

Hi. I'm 19 years old and I've been experiencing a light brown thin liquid from my vigina. I will randomly be standing up and can feel it come out of me with this werid cheese smell. Not fishy but my pee smells very strong also when I pee. What can I do to stop this?
