What Causes Light Brown Skin Tag Near Vaginal Opening?

Im 18, a virgin and i have noticed something odd in my vaginal opening area. Its pinkish light brown in color. Doesnt hurt but when i try to stick a tampon up there, this thing gets in the way and its uncomfortable. It doesnt look like the hymen though. Im very unsure

The differential diagnosis of such lesions is a long list of Benign, premalignant, and malignant lesions. Thus, qualified clinical evaluation is paramount. It will also protect you from unneeded skin biopsies. I recommend you visit a dermatologist to get it checked.
