What Causes Light Brown Vaginal Discharge Post Intake Of I-pill?

I am 20 years old. My last period was on 7th Jan. On 16th Jan, I was making out with my boyfriend. He did not penetrate me but he fingered me and also his precum fell on my vagina. I was worried that I might get pregnant so I took an ipill within 24 hours. Its been 2 weeks now. I have some light brown discharge from my vagina for the past 2 days. Is this normal?

Understand your concern.

I pill, is a single tablet containing 1.5 mg of synthetic progestin, Levonorgestrel.
It is intended for the following uses:

1. Unplanned intercourse in couples that are steady or married;
2. Failed measures of contraception
3. In sexual abuse, rape or incest;

For this emergency contraception to be effective, it is necessary to take one 1.5 mg pill of Levonorgestrel on a single day and within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
If taken
- within 24 hours – up to 95% effective
- within 24 to 48 hours – 85% effective
- within 48 to 72 hours – 58% effective

Following are the side effects of morning after pill.
It will remain for for 4-5 days
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Fatigue
Headache
Breast tenderness
Bleeding between periods or heavier menstrual bleeding
Lower abdominal pain or cramps

So I think it is be side effect of pills.
Drink more water
Take rest
Take healthy diet
maintain hygiene after sex and urination.

Consult the doctor if discharge is increased and foul smells.
