What Causes Light Clotty Vaginal Bleeding After Placing Mirena?

Hello. I had Mirena put in about 6 weeks ago and I ve bled lightly since. Today i noticed something that looks like tissue and a blood clot come out of me. I do have endometriosis. Is this something to worry about? I ve also experienced an infection but i don t think it s yeast. Could that be from consistently wearing tampons this long?

If there is IUD inserted then this need to be examined for infection and proper position and this can not be neglected, if this is alright then this could be due to retained blood, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
