What Causes Light Floaters Upon Blinking The Eye?

When I blink my eyes I see archs of light in my right eye only, just so you know it has been a couple of stressful days at work and when I checked my blood pressure it was a little high, 151 over 86. I don t know if I should see an eye doctor or if it is an eye migraine that will go away.
