What Causes Light Headed Feeling, Breathlessness And Spots On The Palms?

My grand daughter has been having lightheaded episodes, sometimes eating something sweet helps, sometimes not. She has also been getting short of breath and doesn t feel like she can fill her lungs. She is very active and is weight proportionate. Normal blood work comes back fine. She has also had spots come and go on the palms of both hands.....only the palms and sometimes inside fingers. They are very painful. She does have anxiety issues so everyone is passing these symptoms off , I really think something else is going on. She is now to the point she doesn t tell her parents because they do pass it off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
