What Causes Light Headed Spells?

I was told 10 years or so ago that eventually my wisdom teeth would have to be pulled out one day. They are starting to finally come on through, and in the last year or so I ve known I couldn t go much longer. Well now they are starting to move my other teeth and one of the lower ones has pushed a piece of bone through my gum. I ve had sinus problems which I m sure is probably related, but now in the last week I ve started getting light headed spells. Is that probably related to the teeth that need to be removed?
