What Causes Light Headed,nauseous And Sensitivity To Light After Injury To Head?

I had Decompression surgery Jan 2010. I haven t had any problem since. until last night my little guy hit me right I the back of my head. Everything went black for a second, then spots, little nausea. but ok over all. Now today I moved to fast to turn around. Now I am very nausea, light headed, and no I have a Very strong sensitivity to the light. Should I be worried? Should I call my Doctor?

since you have got history of decompression surgery, should avoid such injury. in case of injury , you should consult neuro surgeon. he can give opinion on further management
