What Causes Light Headedness, Abdomen Cramps And Back Pain With Delayed Periods?

Hello. I had a light period last month. It was really light and it was just for a couple days which is unusual. Now this month i m waiting on my period and it still hasn t showed up. I get light headed, headaches, stomach ache, cramps, back pain and leg pain. I also feel like something is leaking so when I check it s no period. So what do you think?

You need a gynaec check-up including an ultrasound scan to rule out any pelvic inflammatory diseases or issues with uterus and ovaries.
