What Causes Light Headedness Along With Dizziness And Nose Bleeds?

I have felt been lightheaded, dizzy, fatigued, dry nose with nosebleed, allergies for the past month. I was treated for allergies, however, the medication has only helped with the watery eyes and swelling. My face hurts and I have had a headache everyday for over a month, taking ibuprofen daily for tolerance. Now I have the feeling of water in my head when I move suddenly and my vision seems unbalanced.

Hi,

You may want to consider allergy testing to find the source of the allergies so that you can reduce your exposure and therefore your symptoms. Ibuprofen or another pain killer combined with montelukast and a decongestant/antihistamine combination may help relieve your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
