What Causes Light Headedness Along With Voice Hoarseness?
had spasm at work Tuesday feeling of being choked while talking no moisture to assist swallowing or needing to calm down enough to swallow. Light headed enough to zone out, hoarseness then no voice emergency and Neurologist seem to think this is all in my head, I find it very scary. had a few catchy times then this sudden problem

You can visit an ENT doctor and if the doctor examination comes out normal then it is just a psychological problem. Taking count that the neurologist examination is normal too. Probably you may need to visit a psychologist.
