What Causes Light Headedness And Bruising On Body?

HI im just after some ones opinion, i am 22 years old female and in the past few weeks i have been constantly light headed, and wobbly on my feet. I am always running into things at work and have noticed when someone hands me something i reach for it i often miss. consequently i am covered in bruises but am unaware of where i got them. is this normal?
