What Causes Light Headedness And Headache?

I ve been getting light headed allot and have been feeling sick and not wanting to eat and have had bad headaches and my head aslo feels foggy at times and my eyes do feel like kinda heavy and tired allot but mostly in my right eye do u have any idea what it could be??

migraine, eye refractory errors, organic pathology can be suspected.
An NCCT brain is advisable.
I suggest a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain relief.
A Consultation to neurologist can be helpful.
