What Causes Light Headedness And Nausea While Having Insomnia?

I haven t slept in over 24 hours and eat for the first time, an hour ago, since yesterday. I currently feel extremely anxious, light headed and very nauseous. What can I do to make this better right now? I did already eat. I can t sleep cause I am at work for the next few hours.

I really appreciate your concern, it must be happening due to some psychological condition, anxiety and depression could be the cause of this, try to come out of this, you can try some tranquilizer the best choice would be "Tab Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day hope this information helps.
