ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need a thorough checkup by an ENT surgeon. What type of mastoid operation you underwent. Modified radical or a simple one. Check your blood pressure, blood sugar, hemoglobin. Your ear should be examined. Sometimes after ear surgery you felt no sensation behind the ear. That may cause lightheadedness sensation behind the ear. Avoid entry of water in the ear.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Take care.
