What Causes Light-headedness, Blackouts, Nausea, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

Hi, a couple days ago, I felt very light headed and blacked out a little but did not faint and then felt nauseas. I have had an annoying pain or like a push on the back of my left side (lower) and today I am feeling very bloated. Not sure what it could be, any suggestions..?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of distended bowels from increased gas. Perhaps, you've been suffering of constipation recently, so bowels were not able to empty completely. This has caused their distention. I think you should get a gentle laxative to help your bowels empty entirely. Plus, fiber supplement and plenty of water on daily consumption. If this won't resolve your problem, should see your gastroenterologist as might require further tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
