What Causes Light Headedness, Brain Fog, Heart Palpitations, And Burping?

My simple question is - I have light headedness, brain fog, heart palpitations and burping that tastes like fruit. If I can force myself to burp more (a lot) it relieves the other symptoms. ER doctors laugh at me. They can never find the cause and end up saying I have I UTI and after a few days on an antibiotic the symptoms subside for awhile - but never go away. This has been going on for 7 years.

Hi,

I would suggest you two things:
- Go for stress test to exclude heart blood vessel disease
- Get a through examination followed by needful investigations to know basis of your digestive problem causing raised gases in abdomen to cause irritation & pressure on heart which leads to palpitation, less blood supply to brain (as more blood is diverted to stomach for digestion) causing the brain fog and other symptoms.

Getting specific treatment for your digestive problem would help you out. Please consul a gastroenterologist. You can suck on tab. Gelusil and add tab. derriphylline till then, for symptomatic relief till you meet an expert.
