What Causes Light Headedness, Chest Pressure And Cold Sweats?
Hi, I am at work and I felt my blood sugar drop rapidly, been noticing this happen every few weeks. when that happens I feel very lightheaded and breakout in a cold sweat. Goes away with eating. Now have tingling near the base of my pinky. I also felt some slight chest pressure not too long ago, but left pretty quickly

Hello,
You should get assessed for low blood sugar level. Undergo test for insulin level, liver function tests, ultrasound abdomen to get idea about liver, kidney and adrenal glands. Once you find the cause for hypoglycemia, you will get treatment.
