What Causes Light-headedness, Dizziness And Weakness On Left Side?

I am feeling lightheaded, dizzy and weak on my left side. I also have this whooshing sound in my head and when that happens I get very lightheaded and weak and dizzy. I have had a ct scan, mri, and mra and all were normal. My doctor says that I have inflammation but he has not said where it is coming from. What should I do? My white blood count is low, I have blood (small amount) in my urine. Help me if you can please. My blood pressure has been running low 101/65,106/55, 98/69. The stand thing isI have high blood pressure. I have had my appendix removed, my thyroid removed, uterine ablation, tubalgation, gerd.

hello,thank you for your query,
you told that you had high blood pressure right?are u taking any antihypertensive?if yes, then stop it and consult your physician.
you have blood in urine probably due to urinary tract infection.take plenty of water,urine alkalinizer syrup and fluroquinolone group of antibiotics.
get some tests done like FBS,PPBS,SERUM UREA CREATININE,CBC etc.
dont be depressed.i can assure you that your surgeries are not related to this problem..
consult your physician too.
