What Causes Light Headedness Followed By Vision Floaters?

Just sitting at my desk, light headeness struck suddenly. Heart felt like it wasn t getting any blood to pump up to the head. Got the dropsies. Staggered into living room and laid on couch for a couple of minutes. Head now feels alright but eyes have spots before them and heart is beating normally.

Thanks for your query on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you need clinical examination as well as investigations to rule out various pathology.so do like this -:

1)Do eye examination to rule out [Vitreous Degeneration]

2)Check your blood pressure and do an ECG to rule out [Atrial Fibrillation]

3)Do an MRI scan to rule out any neurological deficit present or not

Treatment depends upon exact pathological condition
