What Causes Light Headedness, Nausea And Metallic Taste In Mouth?

Hello. I just wanted to know if I should go to the emergency room to get this checked out. Out of random an hour ago I started to get lightheaded, nauseous, smelling and taste metal and slight pelvic cramping, and recently feel very tired. Should this be a concern?
