What Causes Light Headedness, Swallowing Difficulty With Head, Arms And Hand Tremors?

thanks... I m having symptoms that include ( light headedness, dizziness, hard to swollow, difficult talking, continueusious shaking of my head and arms and hands / tremors, I have a problem with my balance and a burning sensation through my body inside from my chest up it feels like i m running a fever even though I m not. ?
