What Causes Light-headedness With A Silver Crescent In Left Eye Vision?

I feel a bit light headed and for about 15 minutes, I had a silver crescent in my left eye. It left, but while I saw it, I felt strange...light headed and unsettled. I do not have high blood pressure. I m not diabetic. I m a 66 year old woman and recently had an angiogram because I was fainting on the golf course and sweating profoundly. The Angiogram was totally normal. Any suggestions?
