What Causes Light Headedness,dizziness,shortness Of Breath And Pounding Of Heart?
hi i am 38 year old female a single mother,i start feeling lightheadness and dizziness six moths back, my neck and upper part of head , i feel sansation there.. and after that my blood pressure goes down like anything, then short of breath, i smoke too. and my work need lots of mind and physical activity. whenever i try to sleep, the mitute i close my eyes my heart start pounding.. it is now contineu from 15th may 2011, even today.. i am taking homeopathy medicines, but i am not sure what is the problem with me. i have done my cardiac checkup too everything is normal, doc thinks it can be ulcer.. i am very worried about my sickness, it was not regular earlier but now it is not going.. i dont know what to do pls help..

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms you are telling can be because of stress if the cardiac causes are all ruled out. If you can still send me your echo report it will be very helpful. To avoid something like this I will first recommend you to stop smoking. You can try anti anxiety medications like Anxit. Also if the thyroid profile is not done kindly get it checked.
